Most of our premium furniture pieces are made to order at our central European manufacturing facility. The standard artisan production window is typically 2–4 weeks. However, for highly complex workshop configurations or peak seasonal order volume periods, execution timelines can occasionally span up to 5–6 weeks. We kindly reserve the right to safely extend delivery schedules if structural parameters demand it.

Order Modifications & Missed Deliveries

Modifying an Active Order Ticket

If you have noticed a mistake on your invoice receipt or wish to execute a custom size change or cancellation, you must reach out to our customer support hub during standard workshop office hours as soon as possible. Due to strict insurance clauses within our courier contracts, we are completely unable to alter delivery address lines or furniture specifications once cargo loads have left our Dublin premises.

Failed Delivery Attempts & Storage Handling

If you are unavailable when the courier arrives at your location, real-time tracking streams will instantly log the attempt and provide step-by-step digital instructions detailing how to organize a manual drop collection or clear a reschedule date at your regional transit depot.

Following three failed delivery runs, the products will be automatically rerouted back to our central storage facility. If an order returns due to continuous delivery failure loops, the buyer assumes full financial responsibility for both the recovery freight return fee and subsequent re-delivery charges. In such cases, we reserve the right to terminate the contract and process a store refund minus all accumulated transit logistics and administration processing costs.

Transit Cargo Damage Checkpoints

Please examine all incoming boxes carefully before signing delivery receipts. If you identify any corner crush fractures or torn cardboard armor, accept the parcel but clearly sign the courier pad with the exact phrase: “Damaged Product”. Returns Policy, Custom Exclusions & Legal Boundaries

Yes, we gladly accept returns on standard, non-customized catalog stock inventory items within 14 days of delivery.

⚠️ STATUTORY EXCLUSION: Items that have been custom-tailored, resized, made to order, or specially finished in a client’s chosen wood veneer, laminate, leg stain, or upholstery fabric blend cannot be returned or refunded. Under Part 5 of the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, bespoke goods made to the consumer’s specifications are legally exempt from 14-day statutory cooling-off and cancellation rights. (This covers all custom extendable tables, customized benches, ottomans, coffee tables, and chairs).

🛑 Table Manufacturing & Flat-Pack Assembly Boundary: Each table is individually cut, surfaced with your selected veneer or laminate, and custom-painted or finished upon order. Furthermore, tables are delivered in protective flat-pack packaging for self-assembly. Under Section 107 of the Consumer Rights Act 2022, consumer inspection rights are limited to what would be permissible in a retail store. Once packaging is removed, hardware packs opened, screws driven, or structural components assembled, the furniture item is legally classified as used and diminished in value. It cannot be returned under any circumstances as it cannot be restored to factory-new condition.

📐 Ergonomics & Structural Design Standards: Our tables are engineered according to standardized EU furniture safety and ergonomic norms. Compact extendable tables (e.g. 90 cm or 100 cm round designs) utilize specialized heavy-duty central architectural underframes to support secondary extension leaves up to 170 cm+. Seating clearance is designed within the spaces between structural legs. Discomfort caused by personal chair selection, chair armrest heights, or subjective space preferences does not constitute a defect (“not fit for purpose”) under consumer legislation.

📦 Return Freight Logistics & Cost Notice for Non-Custom Items

For eligible, un-assembled standard stock catalog items, returns must be arranged and fully funded by the buyer. Because large-scale furniture items cannot be dispatched via standard post, the estimated cost of returning palletized or specialized heavy furniture freight within Ireland typically ranges from €80 to €250+ per unit, depending on carrier, location, and weight.

Returned items must arrive in flawless, brand-new, and completely unused condition inside original protective packaging. Please include your original delivery note inside the box to allow immediate identification and refund processing.
