Bulk Bulk Orders Logistics
We reserve the right to apply additional customized delivery surcharges for massive commercial bulk shipments. Large orders containing approximately 10 units or more will trigger separate logistics assessments and require a dedicated delivery vehicle run outside our standard routing rates.

Order Modifications & Missed Deliveries
Modifying an Active Order Ticket
If you have noticed a mistake on your invoice receipt or wish to execute a custom size change or cancellation, you must reach out to our customer support hub during standard workshop office hours as soon as possible. Due to strict insurance clauses within our courier contracts, **we are completely unable to alter delivery address lines or furniture specifications once cargo loads have left our Dublin premises.**
Failed Delivery Attempts & Storage Handling
If you are unavailable when the courier arrives at your location, real-time tracking streams will instantly log the attempt and provide step-by-step digital instructions detailing how to organize a manual drop collection or clear a reschedule date at your regional transit depot.
Following three failed delivery runs, the products will be automatically rerouted back to our central storage facility. If an order returns due to continuous delivery failure loops, the buyer assumes full financial responsibility for both the recovery freight return fee and subsequent re-delivery charges. In such cases, we reserve the right to terminate the contract and process a store refund minus all accumulated transit logistics and administration processing costs.
Returns Policy & Exclusions
Yes, we gladly accept returns on standard catalog stock inventory items.
⚠️ EXCLUSION: Items that have been custom-tailored, resized, or specially upholstered in a client’s chosen fabric color blend cannot be returned or refunded. Because these furniture units are handcrafted to order based on separate specification sheets agreed upon upfront, we ask that you evaluate your dimensions and fabric layouts carefully before placement.
Our customer return window is extended to accommodate unexpected scheduling gaps. If you cannot arrange transit immediately, please coordinate shipping as soon as it is safe to do so. Returned items must arrive in flawless, brand-new, and completely unused condition. **Please include your original delivery note inside the shipping box so our sorting depot can identify your order and release your refund parameters swiftly.**
⚠️ Important Assembly Boundary: Please note that if the protective packaging armor has been removed, the box opened, and the frame furniture pieces assembled, the item is legally classified as used, and we cannot accept the return. Buyers are responsible for organizing return logistics at their own expense using reliable networks like DPD Local or Parcelforce, ensuring boxes arrive free from scuffs.
Resolving Post-Dispatch Issues
We take the utmost care to ensure every single bench underframe and storage asset leaves our workshop floors in pristine condition. If an item arrives with a discrepancy, it is not acceptable to us, and we will fix it instantly.
