Fast Order Processing

If the furniture you selected is available in our warehouse, we will ship it within
3 business days of receiving your payment.

If your item needs to be made to order, the standard production time is 14 business days. Please note, we reserve the right to extend this timeframe, especially for custom orders or during busy periods. We will keep you informed of any changes – your satisfaction is our priority!

Delivery Time for the Custom Orders

Once your order is ready, the estimated delivery time is 14–30 business days.

Each product listing includes an estimated waiting period, so you’ll always know what to expect.

Shipping Quotes & Large Orders

Want a shipping quote? Send your delivery address to
info@pouffelove.ie or contact us on
WhatsApp and we’ll prepare a personalized quote for you.

For larger orders (approx. 5 items or more), a dedicated delivery service may be required – we’ll provide an individual quote for this.

For security and fraud prevention, we ship orders only after receiving payment by bank transfer.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at
info@pouffelove.ie or via
WhatsApp.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to change the details or delivery address.

Secure Deliveries

All parcels are sent by courier with proof of delivery – for your safety and the ability to track your order.

You can provide a business or alternative address where someone will be available to receive the package.

During checkout, you can add a note for the courier (e.g., to leave the package with a neighbor or in a specific place) – please note, this is at your own risk.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss your delivery, online tracking will provide instructions for rescheduling or collecting your order from a local depot.

After 3 failed delivery attempts, your package will be returned to our warehouse – reshipping will incur an additional fee.

Damaged Deliveries

Please check your package carefully upon delivery.

If you notice any damage, sign for the item as “Damaged Product” and contact us immediately at
info@pouffelove.ie or on
WhatsApp – we’ll quickly arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Returns

You have 14 days to return your item without giving a reason.

The returned product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging – please include your proof of purchase so we can process your refund promptly.

Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. For larger parcels, we recommend using Parcelforce or DPD Local.
