Delivery Information
Most of our furniture is made to order at our manufacturer in Poland. Standard production time is usually 2–4 weeks, but in some cases it can take up to 5–6 weeks for urgent or complex orders. Therefore, we reserve the right to extend delivery times if necessary.
All import fees and charges are included.

Colours and Materials
Please note that the colours shown on our website may differ from how they appear on your device. We cannot be held responsible for a colour being chosen incorrectly by the customer, as it may look different on different screens.
To help with accurate selection, we always provide customers with a link to the colour palette of the materials used to make each piece of furniture.
Europe – Email for a Quote
Please email your delivery address to info@pouffelove.ie for a shipping quote. Payment must be made upfront via bank transfer before any products are dispatched, for fraud and security reasons.
Large Orders – Call for a Quote
We reserve the right to charge extra delivery for large orders. Orders of approximately 10 units or more may require a dedicated delivery service outside our standard delivery options, which will be quoted separately.
Made a Mistake?
If you have made a mistake on your order or wish to amend or cancel it, you must contact our Customer Service team during working hours as soon as possible.
Due to our courier’s terms and conditions, we cannot change orders or delivery addresses once they have left our premises.
Missed Deliveries
If you miss your delivery, real-time tracking will confirm this and provide contact details/instructions for rescheduling or arranging collection from your local depot.
After three failed delivery attempts, items will be returned to our warehouse. If an item is returned due to failed delivery, a delivery charge will apply for return and re-delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the cost of the order minus any charges for return and administration if an item is returned.
Damaged Deliveries
Please check parcels carefully for transit damage. If there is damage, sign for the item and clearly write “Damaged Product”. Contact us immediately at info@pouffelove.ie. We will ensure you receive a replacement at no extra cost. We apologise for any inconvenience and will resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Returns Policy
Yes, we accept returns.
However, items that are specially designed or custom-made for a client cannot be returned, as they are made specifically to the order and agreed upon with the customer. Please consider your purchase carefully before placing an order.
Due to recent events, our returns policy is extended. If you are unable to return your item immediately, please wait until it is safe to do so. Items must be returned in new and unused condition. Include your delivery note inside the box so we can identify your order and issue a refund.
Please note: if the box has been opened and the furniture assembled, we cannot accept the return.
You are responsible for returning the item at your own expense. For larger boxes or multiple items, we recommend using Parcelforce or DPD Local. Please take care to ensure items are returned in the same condition as delivered.
Problems with Your Order
We take the utmost care to ensure every item is in pristine condition. If something goes wrong, it is not acceptable to us.
If there is a problem with your order: Email info@pouffelove.ie and our Customer Service team will resolve it immediately.
If you received the wrong item: Email info@pouffelove.ie and we will send the correct item right away.
